Kevin J. Broderick is a co-founder of The Centurion Group, LLC. The Centurion Group provides comprehensive boutique retirement plan consulting solutions and financial management to tax-exempt and for-profit organizations throughout the country.

Having worked in the retirement plan business since 1989, Mr. Broderick has developed some long lasting relationships with corporate clientele, not for profit organizations, actuaries, CPA’s and attorneys.  In addition to being respected among his colleagues for his expertise in cutting edge plan design, Mr. Broderick is advising clients on the proper design and implementation of ERISA governed retirement plans from compliance, fees, fiduciary and investment perspective.

Mr. Broderick strongly advocate’s the use of standards and best practices for the management of all type of retirement plans. He remains a sought after speaker who has appeared at numerous industry conferences and seminars and has also authored a number of articles for industry publications.

Prior to co-founding The Centurion Group, Mr. Broderick spent four successful years at a national retirement consulting practice, as the Area Vice President of Sales for retirement consulting services in the Northeast.

Prior to joining the national retirement consulting firm, Mr. Broderick was a founding partner of Benefit Funding Services Group (BFSG), an institutional retirement plan consulting group located in Southern CA which specializes in the design, investments, implementation and administration of 401(k), 403(b), 457,  defined benefit pension plans and executive deferred compensation retirement plans.

Prior to The Centurion Group, and BFSG, Mr. Broderick was employed for eight years at a large mutual fund company on the East Coast where he worked in sales and consulting, holding various managerial positions.

Mr. Broderick is committed to the idea that employers have a moral obligation to provide the best retirement plan possible for their employees. By following a “best practices” philosophy, a plan sponsor can truly create a retirement plan of excellence.

Mr. Broderick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State College of New Jersey and is a Registered Representative with NRP Financial, Inc. and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and maintains life/health insurance licenses.
