Joseph joined The Centurion Group as Executive Vice President of Consulting Services. Joseph acts as the Healthcare Niche Practice Leader at The Centurion Group. He has served as lead consultant on several Mid Atlantic States hospital and healthcare provider group retirement plans. Joseph has led projects in the retirement plan arena revolving around virtually every retirement plan need, including DB Freeze/Term, Vendor Selection, Voluntary Correction Program submissions, Retirement Plan Committee formation, and Executive Compensation Solutions for key executives.

After graduating from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Joseph spent six (6) years with Prudential Financial in various management positions including Director, Client Services in the defined contribution arena. Joseph has experience in the stock option and stock purchase field while employed with Chase Mellon Shareholder Services. Joseph also sold defined contribution plans for Prudential Securities, which was acquired by Wachovia Securities in 2004. Joseph enjoyed great success while employed as a Benefit Consultant with Gallagher Benefit Services just prior to joining the Centurion Group/NRP in August of 2007.

Joseph is highly regarded in the retirement plan industry. He has earned the prestigious PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Professional designation. Joseph is involved with several retirement plan vendors’ key advisor committees, and is always eager to learn what is developing in the marketplace. Joseph has presented at various industry events on issues topical to retirement plans.

Joseph holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations. He is also insurance licensed in several states. Joseph spent eight (8) years in the Army Reserve National Guard in various capacities. He is also a Reserve Deputy Sherriff in Lackawanna County, PA.
